WHAT IS THE OM STRONG ACADEMY?

The Om Strong Academy is an online community designed to help you reconnect with your body through intentional, dynamic movement. We meet three times a week for live, interactive sessions that focus on building strength, learning new skills, and exploring your potential. Our classes are dynamic and fun, with movement sessions that inspire and energise. The teaching methods are efficient and explorative, making it easy to follow and helping you progress faster in your practice. This is a supportive space where your growth is guided and celebrated.

Yin/Deep Stretching/Somatic Releasing:
Thursday's at 6pm
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Live 60-minute Zoom classes are recorded and shared the same day. You’ll learn breathwork techniques and functional training to enhance your mind-body connection. Join a supportive WhatsApp group for community and accountability. Members also receive exclusive perks, such as discounts on 1:1 coaching and wellness retreats.
